new 'do

My new short haircut: click here to see it on Picasa since for some reason my blog doesn't feel like displaying embedded pictures... it's a lot shorter than I wanted, but I suppose new things aren't so bad, it will just force me to actually style my hair every morning before work.

I had a reasonably lengthy conversation with my father which can be summed up with "I complain at work. I hate complaining." I will cease complaining until I can no longer afford toilet paper, at which point I will close my mouth and open my resume.



At least I don't cut my contract documents too short.

My Favorite Surveys

Once in a while, when I admit my life is made sub-par by my participation in Myspace surveys during lunch breaks, I can soothe myself by realizing that surveys can make you learn about yourself. Here are a few of my favorite questions, all of which I've answered honestly.

Workouts are not going as planned, but at least I've started. I did wind up pretty sore after my Saturday workout, and I'm just now getting around to another one on Tuesday. But... I have begun, and I am making some progress just by going down there to work out!

I think one of my concerns should be coordination exercises. This morning at 8am I flung an open bottle of face makeup into the air, and it spilled all over my walls and carpet, all because I couldn't get a grip on it...

I threw away my speakers that haven't worked in months. Hooray for not hanging onto things that don't work!!

I had an AWESOME workout just now, and by awesome I mean really sweaty and invigorating. Time for a shower.
