I discovered something!
Powdered sugar + a spoonful of milk + a dash of raspberry lemonade Crystal Light (still powdered, not mixed with water) = a tangy raspberry icing to drizzle over a plain cake ;)
Yes, I'm home baking... and it's SO good after a week of hard work! Frank's been out of the office all week, and I deserve some cake for working twice as hard.
